7/26 – Zine Jam: Minizines from your Blog and Photo Websites!
Zine Jam: Take those flickr photos and blog posts and turn them into a beautifully crafted Minizine!
When: July 26, 2009 – (Sunday) – 12-4 p.m.
Where: Rock Paper Scissors Collective, 2278 Telegraph, Oakland, CA (map | openstreetmap )
Bring: Your Computer (optional) We’re going to have a computer and printer onsite, but we want to keep this as “phsyical” and handmade as possible. Any glue, scissors, tape, weird pieces of fabric and paper, envelopes as well!
Cost: Free, but donations for printer use and copies made on the RPS copying machine
You have tons of entries on your blog, photographs online, and you’ve written quite a few reviews on sites. Take all that stuff and make it physical. We’re focusing on the small minizine format because those are the favorite zines in our library.
